I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY on steam!
I have this problem: I’ve accidentally logged out of my Steam account and I can’t remember my password. I’ve been trying all this for a few days now, but there is no way to get past the Captcha: it always finds that it’s not good enough and it’s not satisfied I’m not a robot, so that’s as far as I can get. On top of that, if I try again a few times in a row, it thinks my coputer is sending automated requests and I have to stop. I have not been able to find a support email or any other way to contact a HUMAN who can help me sort this out.
I have the same problem!
I wish you added full Steam support!
